In 1963 I was living at 10531 Channel Dr., Dallas, Texas. I was working in the Ampex Corp. sales office as Manager of Parts and Service.
My receiver and transmitter were the Heath Twins, MR-1 and MT-1. I built these units while working as an Ampex Contract Service Engineer at Holloman AFB Track at Alamogordo, New Mexico.
My antenna system was a Hy-gain multi-band vertical and a Mini-beam on top of a 40 foot extension ladder.
